02What data we collect
Contact form — your name, e-mail address and the content of the message you send us.
E-mail correspondence, including job applications — data contained in messages and attachments you send on your own initiative.
We do not collect data automatically for analytics or marketing purposes. We do not profile users and do not make automated decisions about them.
03Purposes and legal bases of processing
Responding to enquiries sent via the form or by e-mail — based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in conducting correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Taking steps prior to entering into a contract and performing it — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Processing job applications — Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR and the provisions of the Polish Labour Code.
Establishing, pursuing or defending legal claims — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Providing your data is voluntary but necessary for us to respond to your enquiry.
04Data retention period

The hosting provider on which this website operates.
Sanity.io — the content management system storing the material published on this site (project descriptions, job postings, photographs). It does not store data submitted through the contact form.
Google Ireland Limited — the Google Fonts service, from which the typefaces used on this site are loaded. When a typeface is loaded, the browser transmits the user IP address to Google.
Our e-mail service provider, through which we conduct correspondence.

06Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Some of the services we use may process data outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States.

You have the right to access your data and to obtain a copy of it.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

08Cookies and tracking technologies
This website does not use cookies for analytics, marketing or user tracking.
We do not use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, nor social media tracking pixels.
We store in your browser local storage only the fact that you dismissed the privacy notice, so that it is not shown again on subsequent visits. This information is not transmitted to us and remains solely on your device.
Should analytics tools be introduced in the future, this policy will be updated and their activation will require your consent.
09Data security
The website operates over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, designed to protect data against unauthorised access, loss and destruction.
10Changes to this policy
We may update this policy in connection with changes in legislation or in the way the website operates. The current version is always available at this address.
